Sessions are paid privately and are not covered by public health insurance. Depending on your provider, some private health insurances or supplementary insurances cover therapy services under a “Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie” offer. This needs to be clarified with your individual insurance company.
At this time, all services are provided online. Virtual sessions allow for flexibility and accessibility, whether you are based in Erlangen, elsewhere in Germany, or living abroad. Online therapy offers a confidential and structured space for meaningful connection and therapeutic progress. For students of the Franconian International School (FIS), in-person sessions are also available on campus.
Our work together is a collaborative and supportive space where you can feel heard, and understood. Sessions are guided through open conversation, curiosity, and connection, while integrating evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
Together, we will explore the experiences that have shaped you, deepen insight and self-understanding, and identify practical tools that can help bring relief, balance, and healing in your everyday life.
This process may hold moments of reflection, vulnerability, growth, laughter, and tears – all of which are welcome here.
I work with individuals facing emotional, relational, and life challenges that may be impacting their overall well-being and daily functioning.
My services are offered under the German Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie permit and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require clinical diagnostic services, please contact a medical provider or licensed psychotherapist in your area. In urgent situations, please call 112.
