Reaching out for support is an important first step, and I’m glad you’re here. Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves and others. Whatever brings you here, you do not have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and feel supported along the way. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop new ways of coping, and work toward greater confidence, resilience, and connection.
This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether my approach aligns with your needs and goals. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I want you to feel comfortable making an informed decision.
During our conversation, we’ll talk about what is currently happening in your life, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how I work.
There is no obligation to continue after the consultation – simply a chance to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
If we decide to move forward, we will schedule our first session and begin exploring what is most important to you. Therapy is a collaborative process that helps deepen understanding, build on existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools as you move toward the goals that matter most to you.
Everyone’s story is unique, and therapy looks different for each person. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and resilience.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with relationships, navigating a life transition, or finding it difficult to understand your emotions, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore what matters most to you.
I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Through this process, we can foster greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection while working toward meaningful change.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, an AAMFT-approved and COAMFTE-accredited program. I continue to deepen my professional knowledge through workshops, seminars, and ongoing study.
After completing my degree, I began working as an individual and family therapist at Morrison Child & Family Services in Portland, Oregon. In 2016, I moved to Germany, where I worked as a school counselor supporting children and families. This experience further shaped my understanding of transition, identity development, and cross-cultural mental health care.
I hold state authorization for Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie in Germany, authorized to practice psychotherapy under the German Heilpraktikergesetz.
Outside of my professional work, I am deeply connected to nature and the sense of grounding it provides. Hiking and running are important parts of my own self-care and reflect my belief that healing is often a steady, unfolding process, much like growth in the natural world.
